Seward Co-op is proposing a full service grocery store on the corner of 38th St E and 3rd Ave S, just outside the Central neighborhood in Bryant. They released an update today with information about the preliminary site plan, employment opportunities, an updated development timeline and upcoming opportunities for the community to learn more about the Co-op. The preliminary site plan is available for you view at the link below. The plan includes information about footprint of the design and some details within it (landscaping, traffic flow and bike racks).

The proposed Seward Friendship Co-op is would bring many new jobs into our community and Seward Co-op has stated their track record of employing from the community, paying a living wage and employing many people at 30+ hours a week.
